By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eco-Fumigation (Pty) Ltd for the provision of pest control services.

Eco-Fumigation provides professional pest control, fumigation, disinfection, and related services as described on our website and in individual service quotes. All services are performed by trained, certified technicians using registered products. The specific scope of each treatment is confirmed in the quote or work order issued prior to service delivery.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the actual extent of infestation or property size differs materially from what was described when the quote was provided. Any changes will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or via our website quote form. A booking is confirmed when acknowledged by Eco-Fumigation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted treatment cost. Emergency callout fees are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.

The client is responsible for preparing the property as instructed by our technicians prior to treatment. Failure to adequately prepare the property (e.g., not clearing under sinks for cockroach treatment, not washing bedding before bed bug treatment) may reduce treatment effectiveness and may affect the validity of the guarantee.

Eco-Fumigation offers a service guarantee on most pest treatments. The guarantee period and conditions vary by pest type and are communicated in the quote or treatment report. The guarantee is void if: • The client fails to follow post-treatment instructions • The property is re-infested from an external source after treatment • The client uses DIY products in treated areas during the guarantee period • The full recommended treatment programme is not completed Guaranteed retreatments are performed at no additional charge within the guarantee period upon the client's request.

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless a credit account has been established in writing. We accept cash, EFT, and card payments. Commercial accounts may be invoiced with net 30-day payment terms by prior agreement. Overdue accounts attract interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

The client must ensure that Eco-Fumigation technicians have reasonable access to all areas of the property required for inspection and treatment. Failure to provide access may result in an incomplete treatment and will affect the guarantee.

The client must inform Eco-Fumigation of any occupants with known chemical sensitivities, respiratory conditions, pregnancies, or allergies before treatment. The client is responsible for ensuring all occupants and pets vacate treated areas for the period specified by the technician. Eco-Fumigation is not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to follow the re-entry and safety instructions provided by our technicians.

Eco-Fumigation's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the treatment performed. We are not liable for: • Pre-existing pest damage discovered during or after treatment • Consequential or indirect losses (including business interruption, loss of stock, or reputational loss) • Damage caused by pests after the guarantee period has expired • Any loss arising from the client's failure to follow preparation or post-treatment instructions Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Disputes should first be referred to Eco-Fumigation management for resolution before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
